By definition, South Bay is a premium, gated off-plan residential development located in the Residential District of Dubai South, UAE. Who is the master developer?
The developer is Dubai South themselves which is a government owned developer currently being led by CEO Nabil Al Kindi who has a wealth of experience. He has led Dubai South since 2019 and oversaw the very successful launch and hand over of Pulse Beachfront, which is located a short drive from South Bay.
